The client wanted to re-decorate the existing Milan pop-up shop by reusing all current fixtures and permanent materials while adapting them to a 'Space Journey' theme.
STORY TELLING
Under the theme 'Find Your Favourite Louboutin Planet,' the customer journey begins at the facade. Following the guided path through the window display and floor graphics—designed as a continuous Milky Way—visitors explore different planets representing the Louboutin world until they reach their final destination.
SUGGESTION
The scope of this project covers store design, material selection, marketing strategy, and sensory elements like music. To ensure an immersive customer journey, every touchpoint—from interior design to customer service—is fully aligned with the 'Space Journey' theme.
