THE ASK
Diptyque wanted to make a pop-up store using existing glass box structure located in St.Pancras. This was collaboration with a felt artist, Lucy Sparrow. They would like to ornate the store with Christmas mood but also wanted to make the fixtures durable and modular so they can be used for other campaigns.
THE DESIGN
The design challenge was to create a smooth customer journey in a high-traffic area with dual access. By categorising product families, the layout naturally guides customers through the space, enabling browsing and purchasing whilst preventing congestion.
